Who runs this

Silverline Previews is run by Silverline Future Analytics LLC · Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, licence 2542496.01. You can reach us at support@silverlinefuture.com.

What is collected

• Request details: your full name, organisation, job title, work email and why you need access.
• Sign-ins: your address and when you signed in or tried to.
• Visits: which preview you opened and when.
• Screens viewed: which screens of a preview you looked at, and in which role.
• Address and device: your network address, browser and operating system.

Why

To review requests, give and withdraw access, keep a record of who saw what, and protect these previews from misuse.

How long it is kept

Sign-in records, visit records and requests are deleted after 12 months. Your email address, and your name if Silverline added you directly, stay on our access list even after your access ends, until you ask us to remove them at support@silverlinefuture.com.
